With gratitude to Dylan for the wholesome, nutritious & simply delicious dog muffins. My dogs LOVE them and I do too! ☺ The story of how Dylan started his business is touching and inspiring. A conscientious man that loved his dog and felt he would not feed him anything he would not eat himself. I was impressed!
These muffins are organic, sprouted, predigested, handmade and have made it possible for me to relax and know I am providing a most healthful diet for my beloved pets with the least amount of time and effort. The health benefits continue to amaze me and are endless!

We adopted our dog Koa, a 15 year old cockapoo, from the Humane Society about 14 years ago. Koa started eating Dylan’s muffins 3 years ago as part of his food trial and has eaten them since. He no longer suffers from digestion problems and is more energetic. He’s able to roughhouse with our 18 month old whippet mix who is over double his weight and height! He now looks forward to his meals and licks his bowl clean. Dylan’s muffins and treats have added so much to Koa’s quality of life, and he loves them!
Moochi and D. Caravalho
Moochi is a rescue that my daughter brought home from Hilo in October of 2007. When we got him his coat was short, dry and brittle and he had skin allergies. Since his diet was changed to the muffins from Kohala Wholesome Food Company and fresh meat his coat has grown out long and soft. His digestion and his skin allergies has gotten better. Scenti, Maggie and Chris
Dear Kohala Wholesome Food Co.
I have been meaning to write this letter for quite sometime now. I am reminded each and every day the good your company does for pets everywhere. I am the proud owner of two beautiful dogs.
Scenti, my Rottweiler mix is sixteen and half years old. Five years ago she developed a cyst on her hind end that had to be lanced by my Vet periodically. She has been eating your muffins and liver treats for two years now and her life has dramatically changed. In the time her diet has been corrected to nourishing traditions her cyst has totally disappeared. Not only that but the hair that she had lost in the area of the cyst has completely grown back. But the biggest change in Scenti is her quality of life. She plays. romps, runs, and swims. She believes that she is two again.
She has a younger sister Maggie ( a mix ) that we adopted two years ago. Scent is able to keep up with Maggie. We have fed Maggie the muffins and liver treats from day one. It did not take long before Maggie was in the best health of her life.
I am reminded everyday when I play with my dogs the importance of what your company brings to the world of animals and their well -being. The price for your muffins is such a small price to pay for the health of my dogs. Keep up the wonderful work that you and your bakery does.
Our muffins arrive in perfect condition every time! I am spreading the word to all of my friends who own pets. A great testament to your product is when my friends see my dogs and they cannot believe not only how great they look, but how well they are doing . Especially Scenti who really is quite old. But the greatest testament to your product is the quality of life you have provided for my dogs.
As I said before…. such a small price to pay.
